Ideally we are looking for a candidate from a Managed Services background although will consider other candidates with strong skills sets in the areas below.

This fast growing IT managed service and hosted services provider is seeking an addition to their support team. Based in Dartford, Kent you will be responsible for supporting one of their key customers on varying technology.

Working Hours - Rotating Shifts of either: 8am-4pm, 9am to 5pm or 10am-6pm

Responsibilities:

 Provide 2nd line support to clients both onsite and offsite

 Act as a point of escalation for the 1st Line team

 Proactively help resolve tickets and if required assist the 3rd line team with new projects or on boards

 Be proactive in identifying new technologies and highlight any weaknesses in their current workings

 Ensure customers' SLAs are met

 Follow company processes as documented

Experience & Knowledge:

 Windows Server 2008 R2 / 2012 R2

 Active Directory & Exchange administration and troubleshooting

 Email security products

 Networking knowledge (LAN / vLAN / WAN)

 SonicWALL & Draytek Firewall and Secure Remote Access appliances

 Ability to solve PC hardware and software issues
