Thomas Jackson Estate Agents are offering an excellent opportunity for an Apprentice Lettings Administrator to join their team and gain valuable experience in the industry whilst working towards a level 2 in Business Administration.
Responsibilities
We are looking for someone to complete general office duties and to offer support to our Lettings team. Some of the duties included will be:-
- Greeting and speaking to customers
- Answer telephone enquiries
- Maintaining customer records
- Contacting customers to arrange viewings
- Be responsible for ensuring there are sufficient stocks of property details
- Assist in creating newspaper ads
- Other general Office administration such as filing, printing, data input
Your duties will not be limited to the above and will evolve – with potential to include support with viewings – subject to sufficient experience.
Hours
37.5 working hours per week – Monday to Friday and every other Saturday (with a day off during the week to be agreed)
Qualifications Required
Grade D or above in GCSE English, Maths and ICT (or equivalent)
Skills Required
Good personal skills
Good communication skills

Of smart, professional appearance
Ability to travel between multiple locations across an agreed geographical area, in a timely and flexible manner at various times of the day in accordance with the needs of the job
Training Provided
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
