Technician Coordinator An exciting temp to perm opportunity has become available for a national company based in Rochester. My client is looking for a Technician Coordinator to plan work, logistics and organise any supplier needs. The role has a strong focus on problem solving and you will be responsible for the customer journey by coordinating technicians within the area. Working 40 hours a week on a 7 day rota basis (usually 4 days on 3 days off) you will be responsible for: Taking ownership of a geographical area to coordinate and schedule the technicians Utilising the technicians time to unsure customer appointments are maximised everyday Be the main point of contact for technicians throughout the day Maintaining a high level of customer service by responding promptly to issues that arise Accurate administration input and maintenance using scheduling software Find solutions to customer and technicians problems The successful candidate will have some experience, knowledge or skills in the following areas: Planning Coordinating Scheduling Logistics Excellent problem solving skills Influencing Excellent customer service Maintaining relationships with colleagues Good IT skills (previous scheduling software experience would be an advantage) There is parking available and it is also commutable by bus with a bus stop nearby.
