We have 2 exciting opportunities due to growth of our asset finance client, they are looking for New Business Administrators to join their expanding team. This is a full-time position for a flexible and customer focused individual who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment. You will need to have the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy, be methodical and organised with excellent attention to detail and a good team player with the willingness to be flexible and adaptable to change. Purpose of the role Working as part of a highly motivated team, you will be responsible for checking and processing new finance agreements, and making sure the system and documentation is correct prior to the release of funds. Duties and responsibilities You will support the Sales activities by providing administrative support to ensure the accuracy and enforceability of new business transactions. Checking deals for payout in line with departmental procedures to ensure that transactions comply with the credit sanction and documentation is completed correctly Checking and processing transactions on the system Building relationships with customers and having an awareness of suppliers expectations with regards to payments Collating and checking credit searches, running HPI checks, checking and updating systems and utilising all appropriate authorised IT services to assist with the completion of new business Liaising with the processing team to ensure transactions are loaded accurately Preparation of payments to third parties Handling enquiries from sales, introducers and customers in a timely and efficient manner Skills Ability to produce work to a consistently high standard Excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communications skills Qualifications and experience Experience within the asset finance industry essential Grade C or above GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics is essential. Previous experience in an administrative role essential along with strong PC skills.
