We are currently recruiting for a Training Administrator/ Advisor to join our vibrant HR Team in Discovery Park, Sandwich, Kent, rapidly expanding due to business growth and the introduction of a new student study programme. As chartered accountants and business advisers offering audit, accounts, strategic tax and business development advice as one of the major Accountancy and Financial Services firms practising in the South East of England, we have a number of students that we support throughout their accountancy qualifications therefore we would be looking for an experienced Training Administrator/ Advisor to ensure that all training needs of staff members are processed accurately and within required deadlines. You will need previous experience within a training position, having experience of working with students, also a good solid back ground in administrative duties along with being organised and have exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities Administrative support to the Training Manager Support the administration of all learning events including creation, review and uploading of competence & ensuring records are accurate, current, usable and accessible at all times Process and associated training payments and expenses in a timely manner Contribute to monitoring no shows and cancelations eradicating financial implications Support Training and Competence audits. Liaising with dedicated accountancy colleges, learners and instructors Mailing out monthly course lists Assist in the Open course logistics such as room set-up and client 'meet and greet' Manage the post training evaluation process Formatting and implementing a new training database Inputting information into the new training database Arrange and book meeting rooms CPD course bookings with external providers Other ad hoc training administration Personal Characteristics 1st class organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise and organise workload to meet the demands of training across the firm Confident and welcoming telephone manner Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages in particular Word and Excel Able to use your own initiative and manage time effectively Excellent communication, both written and oral, and presentation skills "Can do" attitude and willing to undertake any task RECRUITMENT AGENCIES Kreston Reeves will not accept CVs unless The Recruitment Team has instructed you to work on a position.
