Night shifts. Average 20 hours per week Covering hours between 22.00 and 06.30. Shifts are worked on a 2 week rolling rota including weekends. This role will include: Delivering high standards of customer care ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous responses, and that action is taken in accordance with their needs. Ensuring emergency calls are dealt with in a professional, calm and understanding manner. Liaising with others to provide a comprehensive and effective response service.
