SOUS CHEF - straight shifts - £25,000 - This contemporary hotel situated within a beautiful part of Kent is currently seeking a strong Sous Chef to join the team. The hotel caters for the brasserie style restaurant, the bar and a variety of functions and weddings. There is a brigade of 6 chefs preparing modern European cuisine and everything is made in house using fresh, seasonal ingredients. There is also an emphasis on sourcing as much local produce as possible, including wine and beer. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within a fresh food kitchen and be keen to progress further with their career. There is a very talented Head Chef and you will assist him with all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen.
