My client, is a leading provider of healthcare insurance, and they are looking to recruit a Complaints Resolution Handler for their busy, professional team in central Dartford. The role will mainly involve dealing with clients who have a query, issue or complaint about their insurance policy and it will be your role to investigate their issue with the relevant parties involved, Insurance advisors, Insurance companies and Management ideally with resolution for all parties involved & within certain timeframes. Duties; Liaison with policy holders, internal advisors, management and insurance companies to ascertain all information relevant to query/issue. Liaison with Management to keep them updated on queries and issues relating to certain claims. Ensuring complaint handling procedures are followed accurately Conflict resolution management experience Ability to explain and give policy advice ; cover levels, claim totals, excess payments, policy limitations etc All admin associated duties Email, and letter correspondence Updating in house system for other users. High volume of telephone interaction Please see hours of role below Skills & Experience Experience working in a similar role, (ideally insurance , but not essential) Calm and empathetic approach Comfortable dealing with challenging situations Accountable decision maker.
