The Opportunity As part of Medway Norse's ongoing development transformation, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as an Executive Assistant. Reporting directly to the Partnership Director, the Executive Assistant will provide support in a one-on-one working relationship and serve as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams. You will support the delivery of an efficient and effective administrative and support service to Medway Norse and the associated teams at Medway Depot providing specialist advice and support. You will: • Manage, develop, monitor and appraise the Finance and Administration teams. • Collate quarterly Board Papers, gathering information from head office, directors and relevant managers. Collect and analyse data from relevant divisions reporting on CSR, balanced scorecard, compliments and complaints. • Quality Control Interface between Norse Commercial Central Services Finance and HR. • Design efficient and effective processes to support service delivery, ensuring current practice and procedure notes are updated and followed as directed. • Actively participate in L&D activities continually developing skills and abilities within the role. • Represent Medway Norse at internal/external meetings. • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and other teams within other Joint ventures. • Produce presentations of business plans, quality and performance targets and performance review reports. Are you: • Experienced in office and team management with knowledge of process improvement techniques. • An experienced administrator with advanced IT skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint. • Educated to GCSE (min Lev C) or equivalent standard in English and Maths. • Organised able to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and respond positively to change dealing effectively with various competing demands. • A strong leader with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop your team. • Articulate communicator, diplomatic and confident able to build and develop effective working relationships. • Focused on providing excellent customer service.
