The Role We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a new challenge with a prestigious firm. • A Commercial Property/Commercial Solicitor who is probably 3 to 5 years PQE to join us in our Property/Commercial Department based at our head office in Ashford Kent. • The role will include all aspects of commercial property sales and purchases and advising on a range of general commercial matters. You will report to the managing director. • The role will include secretarial support but you will be expected to be proficient or to acquire the skills necessary to produce some of your own documentation using voice activated dictation and the use of a case management system. Essential Skills Required • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor Legal Executive or equivalent who has property sales and purchasing experience • You will be at least 3 years PQE suiting a candidate with up to 5 years PQE. • Ability to manage own case load with or without support staff. • Willing to utilise the firm`s practice and case management system. • Good IT skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
