Taskmasters (UK) are the UK's leading height safety & rescue specialists We carry out services and provide products to world renowned organisations. We provide value added services to a wide variety of government sectors within the UK as well as countries that the UK government operates in. We are looking for a full time self-motivated versatile individual for the role of Training/ Office Administrator at our Training Academy in Old Romney Kent. The role is a very dynamic and exciting position, incorporating many aspects of the business. Main Responsibilities: Customer liaison Answering the phones & taking messages Collating of training course paperwork and scheduling training dates Dealing with all aspects of course bookings from initial enquiry to confirmation of booking Maintaining adequate stock control of hand outs, paperwork and other course materials Assisting both internal & external instructors to ensure smooth running of courses General typing & clerical duties Assisting the operations/sales team with quotations and sales correspondence Dealing with the admin of the directors (Flight bookings, Hotels etc) and other various admin duties required to assisting the company. Experience/Key Skills Previous experience in an administration role is essential. Experience in sales and customer services would be an advantage. Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. You must have a good telephone manner and are able to work on your own initiative.
