Customer Service Advisor
My client is currently looking to add another member to their customer service team. The business has a warehouse and office in Ashford Middlesex and has been supplying products to independent retailers for over 40 years. As part of a growth plan they are looking to recruit a new team member for the customer service/sales office. The position requires someone who is computer literate, with competent administrative skills and a good telephone manner. Duties include communication with customers by telephone, fax, email, order processing, dealing with customer enquiries and general office administration. Working hours are 5 days / 35 hours per week. (9-5, Monday to Friday). Holiday entitlement is 20 days p.a. plus statutory public holidays The salary is £18500 PA additional annual bonus Pension.
