Junior Private Client Solicitor sought for a Lexcel accredited firm in Ashford, Surrey, to undertake business development and manage their own caseload of Wills and LPAs. Their office in Ashford, Surrey is now seeking a Private Client Solicitor, offering a competitive salary and great career prospects. The Role Managing a designated portfolio of clients and matters to achieve targeted fees, this is an ideal opportunity for a junior Solicitor to join our client's Private Client department and take on full responsibility for the drafting of all Wills and LPAs. You will provide a fully comprehensive client service in a cost effective and efficient manner and deliver exceptional client care. In addition, you will manage outstanding invoices and debtor's collection in an efficient and timely way. Business development is a key feature of the role, so a desire to help grow the department through networking and marketing is essential. Solid experience of drafting Wills and LPAs is required. Enthusiasm for business development is essential. You shall be able to demonstrate exceptional client care skills.
