Location: Kent Contract Type: Freelance Start Date: July 2018 Duration: 3 months Salary/Rate: £18-20 per hour Randstad CPE Contact: Tamar Aldridge (Maidstone branch) 01622 357231 The company brief: One of the UK's premium commercial & residential developers who currently build out developments plots valued from £200,000 - £1.2 million across smaller bespoke developments and large scale multi-phase schemes are experiencing a large increase in output over the coming months and the need has arisen to recruit for Plumber with immediate effect. The project: A traditional build comprising of residential units. Your new role: As a Plumber working directly for the developer you will be working closely with the management team undertaking 1 st & 2 nd fix works.
