Conferences and Events (Weddings) Sales Assistant

Part Time, 25 hours per week + O/T.

Salary: £9.00 per hour

A "Conferences and Events (Weddings) Sales Assistant" will be required for the Sales office at the award winning The Grand, Folkestone.

The ideal candidate will possess a good telephone manner, an excellent eye for detail and a "Can-do" attitude.

Duties include:

  • Taking bookings by telephone and face to face.
  • Preparing invoices and contracts.
  • General admin work.
  • Attending meetings and events.
  • Attending Wedding ceremonies on site at The Grand.

Experience in a similar role or with Conferences and Events (including weddings) is desirable but not essential as full training is given.

The Grand is a Visit England rated 4 Star venue located on the Leas, Folkestone overlooking beautiful public gardens and the English Channel.
