Description of Vacancy

This well-established property consultant firm have an exciting vision ahead and are looking for that all important piece of the puzzle to join their team and grow with them.

By carrying out a range of administrative duties, your role will be essential in supporting the smooth running of the business and maintaining its excellent reputation.

This is a perfect role for those who have a particular interest in property surveying, and there will be clear scope for the right candidate to progress with experience.

Responsibilities

This is a varied role which include a real scope to ‘make it your own’.  Typical tasks and responsibilities will include – but are not limited to – the following:

- Dealing with telephone enquiries

- Making outbound calls

- Supporting marketing campaigns including assistance with the website/social media

- Responding to e-mails

- Generating leads for potential custom

- Filing and data entry

Wage

£164.50 per week (based on £4.70 per hour)

Hours

35 working hours per week:

Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (includes one hour unpaid lunch break)

Desired Skills

The successful applicant should be computer literate and have good written and verbal communication skills.

Personal Qualities

The successful applicant should be proactive and willing to learn.

Qualifications Required

Minimum grade C / 4 in English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent)

Training Provided

On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework - consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.

Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
