Administration Assistant - 12 month temporary contract
We are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our small Local Land Charges team. You will be working closely with the Local Land Charges Manager to maintain the Land Register and process search requests from solicitors, search agents and members of the public.
As such you will have an eye for detail and excellent customer focused approach in dealing with different stakeholders ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided.
You will assist the team with the day to day workload, including booking in personal searches visits, processing payments for applications and answering general enquiries.
You will need to have excellent communication(both oral and written), organisational and IT skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will need to work on your own initiative, have a flexible approach, and the ability to manage and prioritise your workload.
Starting salary will be dependent upon skills and experience.
