The Ford Sales Division of The Haynes Group is looking for a: Parts Sales Advisor

Based at Head Office Maidstone.

We are looking to recruit a Parts Sales Advisor with excellent communication skills which make you ‘stand out from the crowd’!  The right candidate will be numerate and literate with a prompt, courteous professional manner and excellent IT skills.  Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for the processing of parts orders, ensuring all parts requests are managed effectively.  Successful integration with other internal departments is essential thus ensuring the running of a smooth operation.

Role Purpose:

To maintain a high standard in customer care.

To achieve sales figures by delivering a high level of solution selling to both internal and external customers.

To maintain comprehensive, detailed and timely records.

To exemplify Haynes Ford Purpose, Principles and Ambition.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Meet and exceed sales targets by providing a consultative sales solution to both internal and external customers.

Deliver the necessary level of support to our vehicle workshop appropriate for their needs.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve parts efficiencies and build effective and profitable relationships with customers.

Ensure communication on order status is maintained at all times.

Maintain electronic and paper records, and ensure they are up to date.

Promote and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Person Specification:

You will be a confident person showing sound interpersonal skills.  Able to self-manage and maintain stock with a positive customer focused attitude.  Good all-round communication skills are essential with the ability to build strong commercial relationships.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Good Maths and English qualifications. 

Good knowledge of IT, in particular Microsoft Office.

Experience in sales in a commercial environment

Experience in customer management and development.
