Established for more than 40 years, Pineapple Contracts are leading suppliers of furniture in challenging environments. Based at our stunning new offices in Aylesford, nr Maidstone, we are rapidly expanding and are looking to recruit exceptional people to join our team:

Customer Experience Manager – salary c. £35 - £40k plus bonus

A commercially aware, experienced Customer Experience Manager is required to significantly improve the customer experience across the Business.  With a view to achieving tangible increases in customer satisfaction feedbacks across all platforms and ultimately contributing to enhanced revenue, it would suit a client facing professional with solid experience in a relevant role who is looking for an opportunity to make a real impact and progress their career.

Required experience/skills include:

  • A solid track history in achieving measurable results of customer experience improvements, and improvements to process, technology or communications
  • Experience driving VoC programmes
  • Experience using CX survey software/tools
  • Familiar with customer satisfaction feedback mechanisms
  • Ideally come from a manufacturing background
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Commercially aware, accountable and reliable with a methodical, organised approach
  • An all-rounder, with strong IT skills and good working knowledge of all MS Office applications
  • Forward thinking, innovative and positive
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A starter finisher, with proven track record in delivering effective projects
