A Commis Chef is sought to assist in the preparation and cooking of all foods at Canterbury Cathedral Lodge.You will have experience in a professional kitchen dealing with fresh foods, and be accustomed to maintaining high levels of productivity and food standards during service.
A Diploma in Professional Cookery levels 1 & 2 or equivalent is preferred, and ideally you will have had at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. This is a full production kitchen and you will be provided with extensive on-job training.
