Grade 8: £40,535 – £45,495 per annum (plus market premium)

Full time – 37 Hours per week

Kent Fire and Rescue Service has an exciting opportunity for two experienced Business Analysts to assist the Service with the implementation of its ambitious customer led transformation programmes to improve efficiency, consistency and information sharing. 

The Business Analysts will work on exciting projects making a tangible contribution to the work of firefighters, community safety and enforcement personnel.  Successful candidates will find themselves working within a friendly, goal-orientated, customer focused organisation with supportive management where the work is interesting and has the potential make a real difference to the public and frontline emergency service personnel. 

The work will involve developing a deep understanding of the capabilities of the Kent Fire and Rescue Service and the design, development and implementation of new ways of working and technology with a particular focus on operational response, prevention and protection services often within the context of partnership working.
