I am currently looking for an Office Manager to work for a successful Finance company established in 1994. They provide a private and holistic financial service to high net worth clients.
So if you are a great team leader, have excellent organisation skills and thrive from driving others then this could be the role for you.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Office support to the secretarial and administrative department.
- To obtain and prepare information for the audit of Clients existing policies.
- To prepare new client/prospect files
- To follow up/obtain and provide information regarding client or practice administration
- Prepare reports, letters and Financial information accordingly
- To maintain strong communications with clients

If you have 3 years experience within a similar role in the same Industry, are computer literate and are able to lead and drive a team (including distribution and monitoring of workload appraisal etc) then please apply for this position!
