SENIOR CARER SUPPORT WORKERS EAST KENT
Urgent Care Team – South & East Kent areas
£9.22 per hour plus travel time and 40p per mile mileage allowance.
Permanent or temporary contracts available. Overtime opportunities
We are looking for special people who want to make a real difference to the lives of unpaid Carers and the people they care for. As part of our experienced Urgent Care Team you must be confident and capable of working alone and able to deal with challenges. You will work as part of a rota to support a family Carer, the person they care for, or both, depending on their situation. Caring and compassionate with an ability and willingness to provide good quality replacement care, including all aspects of personal care is essential. Full training is provided as is 24 hour backup support availability.
Ideally you will have a Health & Social Care NVQ Level 3 or equivalent but free Level 3 Diploma training can be provided. Please note that own car and telephone are essential.
