Site Manager - Commercial Office Fit Out - Based in Maidstone The Company: My client are a reputable interior fit out contractor based in Chatham, Kent - with a turnover of circa. £5m whilst growing at an impressive rate. The projects undertaken cover a range of CAT A & CAT B commercial office interior fit out schemes, working in conjunction with leading blue chip & public sector clients on project values in excess of £500k - £2m. Projects are typically based around Kent and into Central London. Site Manager Overview: My client are seeking a Site Manager on a 17 week freelance contract to oversee the conversion of CAT A to CAT B commercial office fit out - starting early January 2019. My client are seeking a site manager with previous project experience of working upon commercial office interior fit out projects, with M&E knowledge looked upon favourably. The project value is roughly £1.25m, with the potential to move onto other similar projects. The successful site manager will have in date site tickets, is comfortable in a client facing role whilst ensuring site operatives are working in accordance to budget and H&S requirements. The day rate of this opportunity is in excess of £220 - £250 per day, seeking a site manager for an immediate start or as soon as possible.
