Receptionist / Administration Assistant
Receptionist cover on fixed term contract of 1 year.
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our small friendly team, working in a large multi occupancy building.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous front of house experience in a professional environment.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to deliver a friendly and professional service to our tenants, their staff and visitors and be able to effectively manage the front of house reception area, meeting room and assist the Building Manager. Good organisational and planning skills will be required along with the ability to prioritise and apply flexibility.
Good all round knowledge of IT systems Word, Excel and Outlook are essential.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8.30hrs - 17.00hrs (slight adjustment when covering leave), morning break with 1 hr for lunch.
20 days leave pro rata + Bank Holidays.
Salary: £15k p/a
