Job Runner - with experience of Contract Administration and tender package co-ordination Location: Sevenoaks Type: Contract - 12-month maternity cover (potential of a permanent position for the right candidate) Start: ASAP Salary: On application A great new opportunity for a person with experience of contract administration and tender package co-ordination, including NBS specification to join a dynamic RIBA Chartered Architectural practice based in Kent to support and work alongside practice's MD and senior architect. The firm have a desirable portfolio of outstanding and unique residential projects nationally and internationally. Role & Responsibilities Your main role will be to run and ensure the smooth management of a circa 1-million-pound residential project from RIBA Workstage 3 - Developed Design through to Workstage 6 - Handover and Close Out. You will be working with a young agile team made up of an architectural designer, Part 2 assistant and technologist who will help support you in developing the information required. Please note you will also be expected to concurrently help the office in dealing with the general workload. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience is key, we are looking for someone who has worked within the construction industry, preferably working on high end residential projects. Your qualifications need not be specific to the architectural profession, as long as you have the skills as noted below: experience of working on a project through work stage 3 - 7 independently or with minimal assistance knowledge of the JCT suite of contracts in particular experience working with JCT 2016 Intermediate and Minor Works contracts (without quantities) experience of developing technical drawing packages from planning documentation for both Building Regulations and Tender stages ability to design details for bespoke situations working knowledge of the NBS specification tools understanding of CDM and the responsibilities of "Principal Designer" Revit experience preferred however this is not essential Salary & Package Candidates will be offered a commensurate to their experience, plus pensions, holiday and annual bonus.
