Our lovely Inclusion Manager is due to commence maternity leave and we need someone to help fulfil aspects of her role while she is away. To help us continue on our journey to provide the best learning environment for our children, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated and inspirational, part-time, non-teaching SENDco who also loves to work and play; to work alongside our Senior Leadership team. Our ideal candidate will: Have previous experience working as a SENCO and have completed the National Award for SEN Coordination or be working towards it. Be able to lead, motivate and inspire others to achieve excellence Have excellent organisation and interpersonal skills Be resilient, determined and creative Have high expectations, commitment and enthusiasm for the teaching and development of all students, particularly those who are vulnerable and/or with SEN Have a great sense of humour, the ability to communicate with empathy and compassion and be as flexible as an elastic band In return we can offer you: Flexibility over the days you work Excellent resources and facilities Fantastic children Admin support A welcoming, supportive and experienced team of teachers and teaching assistants A commitment to CPD Visits to the school are strongly encouraged; please contact the office to arrange an appointment.
