Sous Chef required for our client - a hotel located close to Hythe, Kent. TRANSPORT WILL BE REQUIRED due to location . As Sous Chef candidates require a good all round background to include catering for numbers to include banqueting to 100 and additionally for the restaurant. As Sous Chef you will be supporting the Head Chef with responsibility for a team with a passion for training and development of your team which are very important factors. This role might suit a strong Chef de Partie seeking a first senior role within the kitchen. Good kitchen management and food hygiene control are essential.
