M&E Manager - Sittingbourne - £70,000 to £85,000 per annum - Are you a design focused M&E Manager with strong Pre-construction and Commissioning skills? Working on multiple D&B contracts with some incredible prestigious Main Contractors, and act as a Principle Contractor with a number of key Clients; they believe getting things right early makes everyone's lives easier. Because of this ethos, they are looking to bring in a technically minded M&E Manager to Co-ordinate the early M&E designs, get involved with technical specifications from Pre-construction, and bring the projects forward to construction phases to be handed over to the site team. After the site team have worked their magic, you'll be involved in the commissioning management and final handover to the client. Duties for an M&E Manager: Pre-qualification of all subcontracts and reviewing designs. Design verification and liaising with design consultant and engineers. Manage the successful delivery of services of each project. Provide guidance and instruction to the site management team, design consultants, construction project managers, clients and directors. Ensure that installation periods are not compromised and are completed within the overall finishing programme.
