Description of Vacancy
Supporting our contact centre staff to deliver a great customer experience. Handling calls, dealing with requests for parts, service or providing technical information.
To support the Aqualisa customer journey.
Understanding how our customers contact us.
How we direct & handle our calls, taking distress calls from customers who have a warranty in place on their purchase and raising a service call or arranging a replacement part to be sent.
Arranging a replacement product or repair for those customers who fall outside of the warranty period and upselling a replacement shower package to retain our customer.
To support our Field service team by processing and raising parts for service calls and effectively planning routes to ensure we attend a customer’s property within our service level agreement of 5 working days.
To support the Trade sales team in processing or checking orders, confirming parts and availability. Answering phone or email enquiries.
General filing or admin responsibilities.
We will train to handle calls, live chat and email and provide cover in our busy reception area.
£10,000 per year
8.30am – 5pm
1 hour lunch break.
37.5 hour per week will be worked within the shift pattern
Good communicator, customer focused, proactive. Seeks to provide a positive outcome.
Maths and English – grade 4 or above
Friendly, approachable, calm under pressure. Team player.
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards
