A self motivated, diligent and enthusiastic individual is required by a local independent letting agents to assist the lettings team in the management of their portfolio.

No experience required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Referencing tenants
  • Drawing up contracts
  • Booking in inventories, inspections and check outs and compiling accurate reports
  • Liaising with the Property Inspector
  • Lodging deposits and negotiating deposits at the end of the tenancies
  • Identifying maintenance issues and identifying responsibility for such issues
  • Liaising with clients as to work required
  • Ensuring property has up to date Gas Safety and EPC
  • Updating utility companies
  • Taking payments
  • General admin duties

Must be competent in

  • Composition of emails and letters
  • Working under pressure and time constraints

Salary: £17,500pa
