My client a new start up business based in Dartford is looking for an experienced home based Recruitment Consultant to support the business with winning new business within the healthcare sector on a temp-perm basis

The role;

  • Win new business by actively targeting local healthcare business
  • Negotiate new contacts / rates  
  • To resource for candidates to fill vacancies using job boards, social media and other methods.
  •  Gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.
  • Interviewing candidates to ensure they are suitable for the post.
  • Troubleshooting issues and putting pre-emptive measures in place to ensure continued client satisfaction.
  •  Working towards weekly / monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Managing all compliance
  • Implement recording systems for the new business
  • All aspects of administration

You will have;

  • Recruitment or Business development experience within the healthcare sector
  • Proven track record of winning new business.
  •  Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of client recruitment requirements and source candidates matching their needs.
  • Be self managed
  • Excellent IT skills (Advanced Excel & Word)
  • Ability to work on your own

My client is flexible with working hours. They will also provide you with a mobile phone and laptop to support your home working
