About the role In this SENCO position you will be taking control of the development of SEN learning across the school and you will be keeping parents up to date and informed about their child's progress and needs. Throughout this role, you will be taking charge of two Assistant SENCOs and a team of 25 support staff (made up of both HLTAs and TAs), you will partner them with individual children who require additional support.
