Assistant General Manager - Flip Out Trampoline Park Chatham Full time, Up to 4 hours per week | Up to £24, per annum What will I be measured on? Delivering top line sales targets and play an active role in controlling costs SPH targets and customer repeat visits Playing an active role and showing entrepreneurial skills in marketing offers, promotions and incentives Recruit, motivate, coach and develop awesome individuals into world class performers Demonstrate a huge amount of passion to deliver a phenomenal customer experience where our "Flippers" want to come back time and time again Being accountable for the organisation and delivery of school, groups and birthday bookings Ensuring all Health and Safety policies, procedures and processes are adhered to at all times When things do go wrong, complaint handling and communication is critical - you'll be great at resolving problems Managing rotas and team productivity Ensuring the park opens and closes effectively Ensuring the booking system, website and anything customer facing is on brand, in date and relevant. They will need to be natural and adaptable to motivate and coach teams from different departments on a daily basis. We are really busy on rainy days and school holidays, this is when our leaders are in the business, but you can take 3th and 31st of February off on us, no problem. Seriously though, we provide a really fun energetic environment to work in and need our key team members in when it matters the most, however this is balanced with a flexible rota so you won't need to miss that important birthday or family event if agreed in advance.
