The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of prison nursing and be registered with the NMC. The pay rates for this locum Band 7 Pathway Lead job is £28.74 - £30 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract. Responsibilities: - To complete initial and priority assessment for children and young people in the Medway locality. Undertake duty, SPA and additional responsibilities as requested. - The purpose is to ensure that all initial and urgent referrals are completed within timescales and to provide additional resources given the number of follow up and priority assessments received by Medway Locality Hub. - The post holder will also undertake direct work with young people and have case management responsibilities. Skills: - The Post Holder will be a graduate qualified health care professional (E.g. Nurse, social worker) or will have substantial CAMHS clinical experience and where appropriate will be fully registered with the appropriate professional body (e.g. HCPC, NMC) they will have extensive clinical experience.
