Lecturer Hairdressing (Fixed Term Maternity Cover)
Working within the Hairdressing Department, you will ensure that learning is student centred, reflective, engaging, challenging and rewarding, and that students are motivated through a wide use of teaching methods. You will champion new and innovative approaches within student learning that create high levels of engagement and enthusiasm amongst students and ensure course materials and lesson plans within the curriculum area are up to date, accessible and embrace current trends.
The successful candidate will possess a relevant degree and/or appropriate professional qualification (minimum level 3) have an assessors aware or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years recent industry experience.
The successful candidate should be able to evidence continued professional development.
