Due to continued growth, new sites and phases and internal promotions, a requirement for a Senior Site or Project Manager to over see the build of 130 3 and 4 bedroom houses on an established site in Maidstone. The client is looking for a Site Manager / Project Manager who has experience of delivering multiple residential units either for a developer or contractor. They will be fully responsible for the on site activity and delivery of the project, all health and safety, team and subcontractor management and motivation while reporting directly into a Regional Contract Manager. The client pays well and offer excellent packages including health care, pension, car or car allowances and are incentives with an excellent bonus system with achievable structure.
