It's an exciting time to join us: KMPT has been rated Outstanding for Caring and Good overall in our most recent CQC inspection in January 2019 The following post has become available within KMPT for a dynamic, self-motivated, forward thinking administrator. The post will be within the Liaison Psychiatry Team (this service provides mental health assessments for patients presenting or currently staying within the District General Hospital) for 37.5 hours per week. The post will be based at Tunbridge Wells Hospital but will also involve providing support to the Maidstone Hospital based Team as required (Maternity Leave). There will be an expectation that the post holder can travel between sites in timely way, a free bus service is available. This role does not involve patient contact. The post holder will be educated to GCSE grade C in Maths and English or equivalent and NVQ Level 3/RSA3 or equivalent in Administration and have a minimum 2 years experience of working within an administration role. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and analytical skills, be competent in data entry, possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, pay attention to detail, and be a good team player. You should be able to work unsupervised, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing/challenging situations. As part of the interview process candidates will be required to undertake literacy, numeracy and other relevant assessments.
