We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a market leading company based in the Maidstone area. This is initially a 7-month fixed term contract, however, will go permanent for the right candidate.

You will be joining a friendly, hard-working team, have the opportunity to grow and develop within the business and be a valued/ key member of the admin team.

The Administrator role:
* Answering all incoming calls
* Coordinate engineers
* Respond to customer enquiries via email
* General administrative duties

After 2 months as the Administrator you will be responsible for the following:
*Chasing Subcontractors on open jobs
*Internal reports
*Compiling customer reports for internal use
*Running fail checks for priority customers
*Assisting with portal updates
*Collating and sending out on call rota weekly
*Booking Tech Supervisors schedule's
*Assisting with booking engineer's holiday
*Answering phones and assisting contract administrators during busy periods
*Data mitigation for failed jobs
*Daily app usage reports and follow up with TS/engineers/CA
*Troubleshoot engineer phone issues before escalating to KAMs
*Weekly TS calls/check in
*Holiday cover for daily TS calls
*Running phone statistics and checking data
*Other ad-hoc reports and duties as and when required

Essential qualities:
* Initiative
* Fast Learner
* Multitask ability
* Computer Savvy

Desired qualities:
* National planning experience
* Experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of the reactive engineering industry
