Payroll Assistant (Part Time) - Faversham

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 12.00 – 5.00 (25 hours per week)
Arun Estates is the largest independent estate agency in the southeast of England and in total we have over 100 branches across our network. Working within an established team this role will have payroll input and HR administration responsibility for a number of specific internal brands, for which you will have complete ownership. The role will require you to have regular communication with the Regional Directors and their Area PA’s within your areas of the business, in addition to their employees.
This is a busy and varied role as you will be actioning the monthly cycle of payroll related activities, including salary changes, bonus payments, an array of personal commission payments, recording of sickness, plus you will be responsible for creating and sending out associated HR correspondence such as confirmation of promotions, pay increases, contracts of employment, etc.
Ideally, you will have a background in either payroll, accounts or HR, although this is not essential as full training will be provided. Attention to detail, with excellent communication skills, both written and over the telephone, combined with a confidence and understanding when dealing with numbers and a proactive “can do” customer focused attitude is essential.
