Are high standards second nature to you? As a Night Assistant you will be instrumental in overseeing the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise. It is a hands on role managing the guests expectations and ensuring the standards of the hotel are maintained.

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Night Assistant who constantly strives to exceed guest expectations and go the extra mile in order to remain high standards.

Night Assistant – our expectations:

  • Report directly to the Night Manager and will assist in the smooth running of the night function, ensuring areas are cleaned and ready for the following day
  • Overseeing the reception area and accurately check in and check out guests
  • To efficiently respond and resolve guests queries and complaints with the utmost care and sincerity in mind, providing accurate and detailed information
  • Experience working in the bar, kitchen and restaurant areas
  • To provide excellent customer service by ensuring that guests first impressions are of a courteous and professional reception team
  • To have full knowledge of the hotel policies and procedures and adhere to them
  • Actively earn revenue for the hotel by upselling and maximising sales
  • Positive relationship with guests and colleagues to maintain a warm and welcoming environment and project a positive image of the hotel at all times
