Our Client who is based in Whitstable are looking for a Senior Administrator to join their growing team. Working in a busy team environment, you will be responsible for assisting the Office Manager with all administrative functions, maintaining the database system with accuracy, assisting with tender enquiries, collating weekly reports on company progress and assisting the Accounts Assistant with processing invoices whilst also booking meetings for the MD & diary management. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years experience of working in an administrative role and have experience of working with Sage & Excel. Enthusiastic team player who is able to work independently and uses own initiative with excellent planning and communication skills. Part-time hours negotiable for the right candidate either 3/4 full days or part days 5 days per week.
