Graduate Support Analyst
MDSL in Tunbridge Wells has an opportunity for a Graduate Support Analyst.
The purpose of the Support Analyst is to provide excellent customer service and technical expertise through the administration, escalation and/or resolution of issues. This position requires a very careful adherence to well-defined work where repeatable results are needed. The work is highly precise in nature and requires a very strong attention to detail. It is vital for the work output to be very high quality, with correct results, time and time again. The work a Support Analyst does is helpful in nature; providing support and/or service to others in an environment free from competition. Interacting with customers requires a professional, formal manner where the focus is on completing the task pleasantly and correctly.
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues in a clear, concise manner Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills Strong external customer service orientation Technical aptitude with working familiarity of Windows, UNIX, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Familiarity with SSL, SSO, SSH
- Experience working in a software development environment
- Experience supporting enterprise level web applications
