Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm
Salary: £19-21K depending on experience.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and upbeat individual to join the Company as a receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone that has a passion for great customer service.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the business. The role requires the individual to complete duties such as offering administrative support across the organisation, welcoming visitors and greeting colleagues, customers and suppliers. The role also involves coordination of front-desk activities, including distributing post and transferring phone calls.
The successful candidate will have proven customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner. They will be approachable and ensure that visitors have a positive first impression of the Company.
The role requires an individual who can self manage, dealing with pressure during busy periods and be proactive and self motivate when the Reception area is less busy. Being able to multitask, having attention to detail and the ability to remain composed whilst under pressure are all essential attributes for the successful candidate.
