Customer Service Trainer
Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact. We are delighted to be working alongside a well-established global business with over twenty years within their field. This is a luxury business that pride themselves on offering a high-level of service to their customers and as such they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Trainer within their contact centre based in Dartford, Kent. The role of the Customer Service Trainer will be to monitor and review customer service quality via phone and email to subsequently deliver individual coaching and development to a team of Customer Service Advisors. Additionally, you will be working alongside team managers in performance managing advisors and setting development objectives. This role is on an initial 12 Month FTC, however there is a strong possibility it will go permanent after this time. This is a Monday to Friday role working 8:30am-5:30pm, salary £20,000-£25,000 DOA.
