Actively looking for a Payroll/HR Administrator is required by our client to assist with covering their peak busy period within their Payroll department which sits in the Headoffice. Working with the Payroll Manager on data input of volume timesheets. Dealing with payroll queries and trying to assist employees directly face to face or over the phone. This is a busy role which will require accuracy and the need to meet deadlines. If you have exposure to payroll or HR is a distinct advantage but a strong administration with the ability to learn and adapt to a busy role is highly desirable. Essential you are a people person as this role will requires good communication skills and the ability to build relationships. This role is temporary for 6 months, however if you are able to demonstrate your capabilities and become an asset to the team based in the head office this company will look at offering other opportunities in 6 months. Due to location a car driver is essential as public transport is limited to the location.
