Sales Account Manager

Our client have been operational for over 20 years and are the leaders in their field with 15% growth year on year. They have extremely low attrition and are very focused on fairness and respect to all of their employees to maintain high levels of morale in the business.

An opportunity has emerged in the sales department to manage a specific section of the business; enquiries which have been quoted and await further information which may lead to securing additional orders.

Role and Responsibilities
- Working with the sales team to follow suitable projects from the sales pipeline to increase sales intelligence and improve conversion rates
- Maintaining a detailed record of current projects complying with the specifics of the project criteria using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- To manage personal KPI targets (call volumes, meetings, customer appointments, deadlines, etc)
- To manage Client expectations
- Keeping a good record of all customer/client interaction on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Ensuring all relevant decision-makers are fully aware of the products, their
specific site requirements, prices, lead times and installation needs
- Assistance with other duties, such as answering the telephone during busy periods

Qualifications and Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Good communication skills across all mediums
- Drive and have own car (premises in a rural location)
- A minimum of 3 years experience is preferred
- Experience of working to KPI targets
- Ability to make decisions alone

Preferred Skills and knowledge
- Knowledge of the Landscaping Industry or other allied industries
- Knowledge of tree planting techniques and skills
- Knowledge of, and belief in the value and benefit of Urban Trees to humanity
