Practice Care Taker (3 surgery sites)

It’s an exciting time to be joining Ashford Medical Partnership.

On 11th March 2019, three well established practices merged to become Ashford Medical Partnership. Willesborough Health Centre, Singleton Health Centre and St Stephens Health Centre serve a practice population of over 32,500 patients.

The practices are all located in the heart of Ashford and are approximately 2.5miles apart. The sites are within easy reach of Junctions 9 and 10 of the M20 and we are a few minutes from Ashford International train station.

The current workforce is led by 10 GP Partners, 6 salaried GP’s, 3 Nurse Practitioners, a large Nursing and HCA Team and our other allied healthcare professionals. The clinical team is complimented by a General Manager and a large Administrative team consisting of reception, administrative and secretarial staff.

We are a friendly, proactive and forward-thinking practice. As part of our recent growth, we are looking to recruit further staff members to complement our existing team.

What can we offer?

  • A supportive and proactive environment
  • Flexible and negotiable working pattern.
  • Practice opening times between 8.00am – 6.30pm Monday – Friday.
  • Good premises with ample parking (free).

We are a busy GMS practice that operates over three sites. We are looking to appoint a conscientious and hard-working care taker who takes pride in their work and to provide support to all three of our practice sites. If you are a highly organised individual that excels in a maintenance capacity we would love to hear from you.

Ours is a fast-paced environment, but one which is supported by a strong team-ethic.

This is a part-time position for 25hrs per week. You will be required to work at all three sites as reasonably requested and therefore use of your own vehicle is essential to the role.

We are looking for someone who will be able to hit the ground running and who shares our passion for health care and vital public services.

You will be of a friendly and caring disposition and be enthusiastic about varying requests for task completion.

The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and two references.
