My client a large Manufacturing company based in Medway are looking for an experienced planning co-ordinator to cover maternity leave on a 1 year FTC.
1 Year FTC (Scope to go perm)
Full time hours -
8.30 – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday
8.30 – 4.00pm on Fridays
The planning co-ordinator will ensure that conversation is planned in an efficient manner in line with customer expectations
*Ensuring the planning supervisor is kept informed on all key issues
*Ensure all orders are planned into conversation and completed 48 hours prior to dispatch
*Maintain and update the relevant events on the conversation list
*Provide conversation department with regular updates regarding urgent orders
*Ensure that all queries from internal and external customers are dealt with in a timely manner
*Liaison with logistics
*Assist development to improve quality, efficiency & reduce costs
*strong administrations skills
* Knowledge of planning (Highly desirable)
*Able to convey technical data
* Strong IT Skills (excel, word, outlook)
