Are you an experienced Support Worker, looking for a new challenge? Superior Healthcare has opportunities to work within learning disability and supported living communities within your local area - and we need experienced support workers who are available to work either week day (early, late and long day shifts), night and/or weekend shifts, to join our extraordinary team.

What can Superior Healthcare offer?

In addition to offering you a role in which you will be valued, we’ll make sure you have complete control over your working hours and a choice of working locations.

You’ll receive competitive rates of pay including enhancements for nights and weekends shifts, paid weekly.

Hourly rates start from £9.00 per hour and increase to £14.00 per hour. You will receive holiday pay, a company pension and access to Perkbox - our member’s benefits and wellbeing platform. As well as perks such as free coffee at Caffè Nero, half price cinema tickets, mobile phone insurance and a range of discounts at high street and online retailers, you will receive access to online fitness classes and a confidential counselling service.

We also offer paid training, free uniforms and generous refer-a-friend bonuses of up to £500 per referral. There’s good reason that more than half of applicants join Superior Healthcare following recommendation and by word of mouth!

What do we need from you?

We will need you to be able to demonstrate that you have at least six months’ experience working as a carer or support worker within a care service and be eligible to work in the UK. We also have opportunities for senior carers and registered nurses, to join our team.

You must be able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Although we will offer you complete control as to when you work, we really do need you to be able to work at least two shifts per week and full-time work is available. A regular working pattern may be offered if you apply to join our complex care service.

Drivers with access to their own car are preferred, but people willing to embrace public transport will be considered.
